
Paramus, NJ (July 26, 2026) – One person was rescued after a multi-vehicle crash on Route 17 near the Garden State Parkway in Paramus on Saturday afternoon, July 25.
Emergency crews responded to the southbound lanes of Route 17 near the Garden State Parkway after a collision involving a red MINI Cooper and a gray Mercedes SUV. Responders used hand and hydraulic rescue tools to free a front-seat passenger who was trapped inside the MINI Cooper.
Two people were transported to a medical center for additional medical treatment. Officials have not released further details about the extent of their injuries.
