Sander Budanitsky, Esq. | Founding Partner
Mr. Budanitsky is an accomplished litigation attorney representing clients throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1996.
Mr. Budanitsky launched the Firm in 2011 with a focus towards client satisfaction and zealous defense of client rights. Mr. Budanitsky represents a diverse clientele including individuals and commercial clients, particularly in the areas of business organization, commercial litigation and personal injury. Mr. Budanitsky believes that the true measure of success is a referral from an appreciative client.
Mr. Budanitsky believes that the ability to properly review a case is paramount, and that it is of utmost importance to accurately assess a matter’s merits or lack of merits and communicating his understanding of the issues to a client. Once a case is accepted, all the Firm’s resources are devoted to prepare the matter to its conclusion, whether by settlement or trial. Throughout his career Mr. Budanitsky has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, and his achievements have been published in legal periodicals such as the New Jersey Law Journal.
Mr. Budanitsky studied law at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending law school, Mr. Budanitsky studied abroad at the International Law Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson University.
Mr. Budanitsky is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, and is published in Who’s Who in American Law. He is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
When not practicing law, Mr. Budanitsky is an avid rugby player and enthusiast; and coaches youth rugby and soccer. He sits on the Boards of Trustees of the Princeton Athletic Club Rugby Foundation, and the International Association for Food Protein Enterocolitis. He is also a Member of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, St. Petersburg, Russia Chapter, and an enthusiastic Member of the Robbinsville Irish Heritage Association.

Kimberly A. Rudolph, Esq. | Of Counsel
Ms. Rudolph is dedicated to the practice of immigration law on behalf of clients throughout the United States and abroad. She represents clients in all nonimmigrant and permanent visas, family and work visas, asylum, citizenship and naturalization and deportation defense. She represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Naturalization Service (“USCIS”), the Administrative Appeals Unit (“AAU”), the Immigration Courts, The Board of Immigration Appeals(“BIA”), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Department of Labor, the Department of State and Unites States Consulates. She graduated from the George Washington University and Widener University School of Law.
