Motorcyclist Killed in Wreck on White Horse Pike in Galloway Twp, NJ

Galloway Twp, NJ (August 15, 2026) – A motorcyclist lost his life on Friday night, August 14, following a two-vehicle collision along US Route 30 (White Horse Pike) near S. Odessa Ave. Galloway Township Police Department officers responded to the crash site at approximately 8:46 p.m.

Investigators determined that the rider was traveling westbound on the White Horse Pike when a passenger vehicle pulled out from a private driveway into the highway lanes. Authorities confirmed that the driver failed to yield the right-of-way to the oncoming motorcycle, causing a severe impact.

The force of the collision ejected the rider from the motorcycle, inflicting life-threatening bodily injuries.

Emergency medical personnel evaluated the motorcyclist at the scene, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. The driver and a passenger in the automobile were not injured.

Local authorities are continuing to look into the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.
